Raw Bag® is a concept, what does that mean?

It means the bag will reflect the lifestyle of the person who uses it. It will behave like your own skin. if you expose the bag to the sun, with time, it will get patina. If you throw it to the ground or on your partner, it will have scratches. If you spill wine on it, the stain will be visible. We are not afraid of sun or water damage and scratches, as long as our product is chemical free. That is part of our design vision - natural and free of rules.

How is Raw Bag® different from other bags?

We use natural, unplasticized leathers.

 

These are rarely used in bag design as scratches easily occur and natural leather veins, spots and pores are visible.

 

Each of our bags is unique, as each owner uses it differently. Thus, each bag comes with a unique certificate and serial number.

 

Our unique and innovative concept reflects the highest circularity standards and well-being of the product owner.

 

We believe you should not be afraid to use your luxury item and we support the beauty of aging.

Which countries do you ship to?

EU (European Union):

  • Slovenia, Hungary - 1 to 2 working days
  • Slovakia, Austria,
  • Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Germany - 3 to 4 working days
  • Italy -3 to 5 working days
  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia - 4 to 5 working days
  • Sweden - 4 to 6 working days
  • Bulgaria, Denmark, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus – 5 to 6 working days
  • Greece, Finland - 6 to 7 working days

What are the shipping costs?

We provide complimentary courier shipping via GLS for all of our orders within the EU.

 

For addresses anywhere outside the EU, shipping fees may vary and will be charged once confirmed by our partner couriers.

 

Tracking links and updates are sent via mobile phone and emails per successful order.

What are the delivery times?

For Croatian customers - we will deliver your order within 7 working days after your bag is made.

 

For other EU countries, please allow up to 14 days.

 

Non-EU countries can expect a delivery lead time of 10 to 20 working days from shipment date, depending on courier and final destination.

Do I have to pay duty and import charges for the USA?

Yes, all duty and import charges for US are to be paid by customer.

Do I have to pay duty and import charges for the UK?

Yes, all duty and import charges for UK are to be paid by customer.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes of course, you will be able to track your order following the link sent via email. Shipping updates will arrive via SMS if you provide your mobile phone at checkout.

How do I return an item?

Unworn, undamaged bags with original tags can be returned within 30 days from the shipment date.

 

We are not able to accept returns of personalized items.

PAYMENTS
What are the available payment options?

You may pay for your bag using credit or debit card, google or apple pay via Stripe. You may also pay using Paypal.

When will I receive a refund for the returned order?

Full refund will be made to the same payment method with which order was paid for, within 7 days of the receipt of returned product.

 

Product needs to be in its original packaging, with no visible signs of use.

How do discount codes work?

If you have a discount code for your purchase, you can type it into the Promo Code field at checkout and click submit.

MADE-TO-ORDER AND PRE-ORDERS
What does it mean made-to-order?

Made-to-order means that the bag starts being made especially for you, after you make the order and complete the payment.

 

Production takes 3 to 4 weeks. The bag is shaped by water and sun and each one is unique.

 

Nature is part of our design, so we also depend on proper weather conditions for production.

How do I pay for something made-to-order?

When the Raw Bag® is made-to-order, it is paid in full at the time of ordering. 

Production time is usually 3-4 weeks.

Delivery is within 2 weeks from the production completion.

Regular updates are sent on the status of your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange an item?

If you want to return the product, please notify us via email info@raw-bag.com within 30 days of receiving the product, with the details of the return:

  • the invoice and the explanation why you would like to return the product*.
  • After we confirm by replying to the e-mail that your return has been accepted,
  • we send you information about collecting the package.
  • The package must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received, packages that are not packed in the original packaging will not be collected.
  • You can return the products 30 days after you received it, personalized products cannot be returned.

 

RAW BAG® made to order is a unique product for which you receive a certificate, and each bag has its own unique structure that may be different from the structure shown on the visual representation of the product.

The RAW BAG® made to order bag is shaped by the sun and formed by water.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No, we will provide return shipping label.

TRACKING
I have ordered an item, how can I track it?

Once the product has been shipped, the recipient will be notified and will be able to track the shipment using the tracking number.

I have a tracking number but nothing shows up?

The tracking number will be functional after the package has been fully introduced into the courier system.

To nurture and feed your bag apply beeswax with dry cotton cloth, avoid direct heat sources.
